Students from 32 countries participate in international cultural festival in Cambodia

The second annual international language and cultural festival in Cambodia on March 23rd has drawn the participation of students from 32 countries who are studying at Zaman International School in Cambodia.
Art performances and pavilions on the traditional cultures of 32 countries aimed to promote friendship among nations. Entrance ticket fees were for charity activities in Cambodia.
Gulen-Linked Turkish Schools In Kazakhstan Being Renamed
Turkish-Kazakh schools across Kazakhstan are being renamed amid a campaign by Turkey against the exiled Turkish Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen. The Turkish-Kazakh schools were co-founded by Gulen’s Hizmet movement and his followers and have been functioning in Kazakhstan since early 1990s.
‘We are a Kurdistan company,’ says Kurdish Gulen school official
Schools and educational centres in the Kurdistan Region associated with the Gulen movement have insisted they are a private company operating under the Kurdish Ministry of Education and have no ties to Turkey. “In short, we are a Kurdistan company,” an official at the schools told Rudaw, speaking anonymously. “Our institutions operate under the directives and regulations of the Kurdistan Ministry of Education.”
Turkish investors eye Kenyan school sector
Turkish investors have set their sights on the Kenyan education sector following the success story of a chain of schools in Nairobi and Mombasa. The businessmen now plan to establish one more school in Kisumu and a private university.
